How long does a hire last?
How do I make payment?
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Do I have to pay a damage deposit?
What if I need to cancel?
Do you have public liability insurance?
How long your party lasts is up to you. Our standard hire period is for a 2-3 hour party window, this does not include the set up and down time which is added in addition. If you are wishing to hire for a longer period then please get in touch.

Do we set up/take down the equipment?
Yes, all equipment is set up by us in order to create a safe soft play environment. We require a 45 minutes to 1 hour window before your party is due to start to set up the equipment. We require the same amount of time again at the end of your party to pack away. We can work to tighter time frames but this is only by prior arrangement with us, we would require a minimum of 30 minutes in this case. Please allow adequate parking in close proximity to the venue for both delivery and collection. Please make sure that at your agreed collection time all equipment is back on the mats and that all balls are in the ball pit.
The hire of the soft play is strictly for the use of children aged 5 years and under. Please ensure that no one over the recommended age uses the equipment, otherwise this may result in the loss of deposit.

Is there an age restriction?
Our equipment is available to hire indoors, this can be in a venue, your home or within a covered dry space such as a party tent where a suitable covered space with four walls that will remain dry is available for our equipment to be set up. The only exception to this is if on the day the weather is good and is to remain good with no chance of rain/inclement weather then we are happy to set up outside. The ground must be firm and dry, our equipment cannot be setup on damp or muddy ground whatsoever. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure the chosen venue has adequate space for setup of the equipment.
We only accept bookings where a covered dry space or indoor venue is on offer as our equipment is not suitable for use in the rain. Our equipment must not get wet in any circumstance. If upon arrival and rain is set to be forecast (even if it is not forecast during your rental time but is forecast at some point during the same day) or change and there is no suitable indoor or covered area to set up then we would be left with no alternative than to cancel your booking. This will understandably lead to disappointment however, all bookings are made by the customer on this basis. Our equipment can become very hot in the sun, please make sure you have a shaded area or marquee otherwise it will become dangerous for your little ones to play on. Please discuss prior to booking if you have any queries or concerns around this.
Yes, our equipment is inspected and cleaned before each and every hire to minimise any germs or bacteria. Health, safety and hygiene is very important to us. We know that children are particularly vulnerable to catching lots of new bugs and viruses, some more serious than others. Due to the nature of soft play it is very common for germs and viruses to be spread via equipment.
Dream a little dream pride ourselves in cleaning and disinfecting all our equipment before each hire. This ensures that every step possible has been taken to stop germs or bacteria being passed onto others. Please take care of our equipment, although we thoroughly clean the equipment there are stains that just cannot be removed.

Is the equipment clean?
Can the soft play equipment be used outside?
How much room do I need to allow?
This will depend on the package you hire, soft play mats are supplied with our packages. The mats can be arranged in almost any shape to accommodate different floor layouts. Your package will be supplied with enough mats to create the ideal soft play area. We can accommodate for smaller areas if space is limited however please notify us if space may be an issue so we can discuss your requirements.
Can I collect the equipment myself?
No. Our soft play equipment is large and bulky and will not always fit in a standard family vehicle. We take care when transporting our equipment and want to minimise risk of damage during transportation so that it reaches you in the condition you would expect.
I live outside your delivery area, will you deliver to me?
As standard we cover 7 miles of travel each way, so a total of 28 miles from DE7. Additional miles can be added, these are charged at 75p per mile. Please get in touch so that we can advise whether your venue is within the standard miles included.

Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance. This covers us against accident and injury caused by our equipment failing or incorrect or unsafe installation. This does not however cover the hirer for accidents or injury resulting from the misuse or abuse of the equipment. Any operator telling you that you will be covered is not telling the truth. Many household insurers will cover the Hirer for accidents or injury at a persons home or property although it remains the responsibility of the Hirer to check that their insurance will cover them. This also goes for any venues you may be holding your party at, it will be down to the Hirer to check whether the venues insurance would cover accident or injury. Once the soft play equipment is set up the safe operation of all equipment becomes the responsibility of the named Hirer who must ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to the children attending or damage to the equipment supplied.
